The purpose of the control of personal data: consider your (hereinafter: Registered Applicant) data in the course of application for our scholarship programme searching for the candidates suitable for the scholarship, and to store such data in the applicants’ database. Candidates’ data will be controlled during the program as follows:

  • rejected candidates’ data by 31st July, 2016
  • 5 semifinalists’ data by 5th September, 2016
  • 3 winners’ data by 31st December, 2017
  • until the withdrawal of the consent

The data controllers control your personal data only for the purposes mentioned above.

The personal data controlled: name, address, email address, telephone number, birth date, enrolment to university information about each applicant and their university results (score, grades) for the last 2 semesters.

MOL Plc. and Greenroom Agency shall make arrangements for and carry out data processing operations in a way so as to ensure full respect for the right to privacy of data subjects in due compliance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as: Data Protection Act) and other regulations on data protection.

MOL Plc. and Greenroom Agency implement adequate safeguards and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, as well as adequate procedural rules to enforce the provisions of the Data Protection Act and other regulations concerning confidentiality and security of data processing.

Data is protected by means of suitable measures against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, public disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as damage and accidental loss, and to ensure that stored data cannot be corrupted and rendered inaccessible due to any changes in or modification of the applied technique.

Greenroom Agency operates the www.molgroup.info/femp website where you can submit your candidacy, your personal data is stored on the Agency’s server. The website is protected by ClamAV anti-virus system and Sohusin module. The server is protected by ClamAV anti-virus system and Sohusin module. The specific part of the database, where applicants’ data is store, is protected by user name and password combination therefore access is granted only for specific MOL Plc and its member companies’ employees. The data controller shall have the right to subject the potentially attached files to anti-virus control and other security filtering or screening measures.

At the end of the application process, authorized persons at MOL Plc and its member companies will download the data from the server to run evaluation process.

The data controller hereby informs you about your right to ask for information on your personal data controlled by the data controller. Your personal data is processed in Greenroom agency database in line with the Data protection Act. The data controller informs you that your consent means a freely and expressly given specific and informed indication of your wishes by which you signify your agreement to personal data relating to you being controlled with regard to specific operations.

Your data protection rights:

You may request from the data controller:

Your personal data can be controlled by persons having the following job function: Capability development and Strategic HR Experts, HR Managers, Recruitment and Selection Expert Coordinator, HR Specialist.

Upon your request MOL Plc. shall provide you with information concerning the data relating to you, including those processed by a data processor hired by the data controllers or by others based on its instructions, the sources from where they were obtained, the purpose, grounds and duration of control the name and address of the data processor and on its activities relating to data processing, and – if your personal data is made available to others - the legal basis and the recipients.

MOL Plc. must comply with requests for information without any delay, and provide the information requested in an intelligible form, in writing at your request, within not more than thirty days.

MOL Plc. may refuse to provide information to you in the cases defined under the Data Protection Act.

Where information is refused, MOL Plc. shall inform you in writing as to the provision of this Act serving grounds for refusal. Where information is refused, MOL Plc. shall inform you of the possibilities for seeking judicial remedy or lodging a complaint with the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information) (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”).

In compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, the Registered Applicant may object to the processing of his or her personal data,

a) if controlling or disclosure is carried out solely for the purpose of discharging the controller’s legal obligation or for enforcing the rights and legitimate interests of the controller, the recipient or a third party, unless processing is mandatory;

b) if personal data is used or disclosed for the purposes of direct marketing, public opinion polling or scientific research; and

c) in all other cases prescribed by law.

MOL Plc. shall investigate the objection, and at the same time suspend the data processing, within the shortest time, but not later than 15 days, of receiving the request, and inform the Registered Applicant in writing of the results thereof.

Where the objection of the Registered Applicant is justified, MOL Plc. shall discontinue the controlling of data, and block all data, and it shall inform of the objection and the measures taken on the basis thereof all those to whom the data the objection aimed at were previously transferred, and who, on their part, shall take the necessary measures for the enforcement of the right to object.

If the Registered Applicant does not agree with the decision made by MOL Plc., they may institute court proceedings within 30 days of being notified thereof.

In the event of any infringement of their rights, the data subject may file for court action against MOL Plc.

The action shall be heard by the competent general court. If so requested by the data subject, the action may be brought before the general court in whose jurisdiction the data subject’s home address or temporary residence is located.

When the court’s decision is in favour of the plaintiff, the court shall order MOL Plc. to provide the information, to rectify, block or erase the data in question, to annul the decision adopted by means of automated data-processing systems, to honour the data subject’s objection.

The court may order publication of its decision, indicating the identification data of MOL Plc. as well, where this is deemed necessary for reasons of data protection or in connection with the rights of large numbers of data subjects under protection by this Act.

MOL Plc. shall be liable for any damage caused to a data subject as a result of unlawful processing or by any breach of data security requirements.

Where MOL Plc. violates the rights of the data subject relating to personality as a result of unlawful processing or by any breach of data security requirements, the data subject shall be entitled to demand restitution from MOL Plc.

MOL Plc. shall also be liable for any damage caused by a data processor acting on its behalf, as well as for any restitution payable to the data subject for any violation by the data processor of his rights relating to personality. MOL Plc. may be exempted from liability for damages or for payment of restitution if he proves that the damage was caused by or the violation of the rights of the data subject relating to personality is attributable to reasons beyond his control.

No compensation shall be paid and no restitution may be demanded where the damage was caused by or the violation of rights relating to personality is attributable to intentional or negligent conduct on the part of the data subject.

In addition to the information you provide, Greenroom Agency may also collect information during your visit to a www.molgroup.info/femp website or web-based application, through our Automatic Data Collection Tools (Cookies). Greenroom Agency will provisionally use the following automatically generated information – not containing personal data – for the purposes of technical operation of the website:
